You can simply go to My Account or your Profile on Web or App respectively and click on ‘Cancel Membership’.
This will cancel your renewal for the next cycle and still keep your access active till the end of the current billing period.
Also, our subscriptions are recurring in nature and users are charged a fee if membership is not cancelled before the end of the billing cycle. If you reach out us immediately or less than a week from any such renewal charge on email@example.com, we will help you with a refund.
Please note that any charges paid via iTunes, Roku and or paid to any Hotstar Partner cannot be refunded by us. Please reach out to your billers directly in these cases.
